Step 1: Components

Goal:


Let’s start out by putting all the different components we need on our screen.

We are going to need a label to keep track of our points, a canvas to have the game play on, sprites to represent our ball and paddle, and a notifier that will tell us when we lose.

Steps:

  1. From User Interface, place a label.
  2. From Drawing and Animation, place a canvas.
  3. From Drawing and Animation, place 2 Imagesprites on to the CANVAS not the screen.
  4. From User Interface, place a Notifier.
