Avoid the hall of pressure plates and move on to the second floor. Near the stairs of the second floor at the elevator’s entrance, begin by observing the AND & NOT logic gate examples. The NOT makes the signal false and achieves the inverse function of powering a device. AND requires both inputs for a true output.
Next to the basic logic gates are the hidden piston door and hidden lighting exhibit. Use this as a clear example of how to hide loose wiring. Make sure to explore the staircase past the door in order to see the lighting setup.
Briefly visit and try out the rest of the exhibits on the floor. They contain the builds for the projects they will be making for this course.
