CODE ACADEMY: Kodu Game Lab

Kodu is a visual programming language made specifically for creating games. The language is simple and entirely icon-based making it easy for beginners to explore advanced game design concepts in a simple, direct, and intuitive manner. Kodu can be used to teach creativity, problem solving, storytelling, as well as programming. One of the best ways to get a child excited is to allow them to create something of their own. In this class, we enable young kids to make their own 3D video games by using fundamental coding concepts, such as loops, variables, and constructors. Great for kids with any level of coding experience.
